There is no immediate change to our delivery services at the moment. However we would like to encourage all users to make use of their address at home to receive delivery.

In the future, all transport companies will offer a no-contact delivery service , meaning that you will not be required to sign for each parcel delivered.

All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after you receive an order confirmation email. You will be notified once your order is shipped.

Order Cut-Off Times

How do I check the status of my order?

Delivery to P.O. boxes

Returns, refunds, and exchanges
