How do I make an exchange or return?
We’re sorry for the disappointment you experienced with your experience with the Neusouq Store. Please reach out to contact@Neusouq.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange and we’ll take care of the rest. We do not offer any return, we’re sorry for the disappointment.
What’s your policy on returns?
All exchanges are to be processed in the first 07 days after the date of receiving the purchase. We don’t offer return.

What is your exchange procedure If I’m not pleased with the service?
